Will your phones work with my carrier?
Our phones are unlocked and will work WORLDWIDE with all GSM Carriers.

Do I have to change my current plan?
No, however if you wish to use data you will still be charged by your carrier if you dont have an unlimited data plan

I dont see a shipping price…How much is shipping?
We are currently offering FREE shipping for all products

What is your return policy?
If your phone arrives D.O.A or otherwise malfunctioning we will exchange it free of charge.All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

What does the warranty cover?
The 1-year warranty covers all non-physical defects.If your phone is mishandled, dropped, receives water damaged or any other physical damage it is not covered under the warranty.

What is Dual-Sim technology?
It allows you to use two sim-cards in a single phone,even from two different carriers.Only 1 sim card is required.Please note: All our phones do not have this feature, it is noted on the product pages of the phones that do.

What carrier is the phone shipped with?Can I track it?
We buy our phones direct from the manufacturers, to save costs for our customers our phones are warehoused in Hong Kong, and your phone will ship from there, a tracking number will be sent to you within 3 business days
